Airport proximity and price-performance ratio
Ordered shuttle bus drove past 2x without stopping. Reason filled with Hilton guests. I have to catch a flight, so I book the hotel and rely on the shuttle

The staff is extremely friendly and flexible. The room was spacious, equipped with everything necessary and comfortable beds. The breakfast was the standard of an apart hotel. Particularly worth mentioning because often missing in hotels: good coffee!
There is a well-functioning airport shuttle service. I missed this note at the airport.

receptionists nice and helpful, spacious and clean room on 5th floor, good bed, good breakfast, possible to borrow an electric kettle for your room at the reception desk

Close to the airport. Simple, uncomplicated checkout.
The shuttle only included one way. In the morning we had to pay 5 Fr each additionally.

5 minute free shuttle to airport - perfect location for our last night and mid morning flight home. Very nice dinner at hotel. Included breakfast above average. Nice room with a balcony.
Restaurant right next to high traffic reception desk and lounge bar - should be walled off.
